My Life: Late March, Early April 2018 Recap: Fundraiser, Performance, and Sickness

MARCH 23 — MARCH 31 On Friday, March 23rd, I decided to change my grocery shopping day from Sunday to Friday, and it worked out a lot in my favor. Usually on Sundays I don’t have enough time to go grocery shopping, but I do have more time on Friday nights. I also bought a new memory card for my camera so I won’t have to worry about running out of room when I vlog. Saturday, March 24th, I had one rehearsal. Red Riding Hood. At first, hardly anyone was there, even my prince wasn’t there yet, so I filled in as a tree until he got there. Even the choreographer was a few minutes late. Gerry and I rescheduled our meeting with Kelly to 12:30pm since I didn’t need to be at rehearsal this afternoon. She created this amazing look and taught me a lot about makeup in the short amount of time with her. Then I hung out with Gerry at his place and we watched The Great British Baking Show. Simple Stretch To Start Your Morning!

Hey guys! Today I will be showing you a simple series of stretches that I sometimes like to do in the morning to relax any sore muscles and to just get me more awake for the day.   First, I sit criss-crossed and nice and tall and take a few deep breaths to get myself relaxed. Next, I raise my arms up and tilt to the right side while raising my left arm over my head. I also look up at my arm to open up my chest. I do the same thing to the left side while raising my right arm. Next, I stretch my arms forward while remaining in criss-cross position. This helps to stretch my lower back and I have a very stiff lower back, so this really helps.   Next, I extend my right leg to the side and turn my body so I’m facing my leg and stretch down. After that, I sit back up and twist my body to the left. I then repeat this extending my left leg.   Finally, I stretch both my legs out and stretch forward seeing if I can reach my toes w...
